Shipping & Handling

  • I currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

  • Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

  • Yes! If you’re in the Fort Collins area, send me a message before ordering and we can arrange pickup.

Pottery Care

  • Yes — all functional ware (mugs, bowls, etc.) are crafted with food-safe clay and glazes.

  • Yes, however I recommend hand washing to keep your pieces looking their best.

    While microwaving is safe, avoid sudden extreme temperature changes (like freezer —> microwave) to prevent thermal shock to your piece.

Returns & Exchanges

  • I do my best to package everything securely, but if something arrives damaged, email me with photos within 48 hours and I’ll make it right!

  • Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
